Dr. Michael Fields, Senior Pastor and wife, Pastor Arline Fields are Pastors of Christian Faith Center of Lumberton. They were married on August 8, 1981; and have two children Chauntel, and Michael Jr. Dr. Michael Fields is a graduate of Rowland High School, attended Fayetteville State University, and has earned the "Bachelor of Religious Arts Degree in Theology" from Jacksonville Theological Seminary and the "Doctorate of Divinity Degree" from Tri-County Bible College. Dr. Michael Fields answered the call of the Holy Spirit to preach the gospel of The Kingdom Of God on August 6,1983, and made full proof of his call by doing the work of an Evangelist, and served faithfully as Associate to several regional pastors. On June 16, 1988, Dr. Michael and his family, with the consent of the pastor, started "God's Gift Fellowship Church", which later became "Christian Faith Center of Lumberton. Dr. Michael Fields has a true Apostolic/Prophetic call on his life, and desires to infiltrate the world with the word of God. He is called to impart and activate the gifts of the Spirit in order to raise up strong ministries in the Body of Christ. He is also dedicated to perfecting the saints and training ministers to fulfill the call of God on their lives. Along with his Pastoral responsibilities, Dr. Michael Fields ministers throughout the United States, and Internationally in Paris, Uganda, Kenya & and Haiti. Dr. Michael Fields is a spiritual son of the Late Bishop Mack Timberlake, Jr. and Pastor Brenda Timberlake. He served 4 years as "Eastern United States Regional Director" of the Christian Faith Minister's International" founded by the late Bishop Mack and Pastor Brenda Timberlake; and also he served as a Board of Regent for the "National Center for Faith Based Initiative" founded by Bishop Harold Calvin Ray of West Palm Beach, Florida. Dr. Michael Fields was the 2001 Robeson County "Pastor of the Year." He now serves under the spiritual covering and mentorship of Dr. Shine & Dr. Dee Dee, senior pastors of Seed Faith International Church Waldorf, MD. He also serves as a Vision Partner founded by Bishop Frank & JoNell Summerfield of Word of God Fellowship in Raleigh, NC. Dr. Michael Fields is the CEO and founder of "Caring-In-Covenant Ministers Fellowship International," a pastoral and ministerial fellowship for the Five-fold ministry. This Fellowship also oversees the mission work of establishing churches and wells for Nairobi, Kenya and Kampala Uganda. In December 2007, Dr. Michael Fields appeared on the Paula White Today
